Robot unit suspended on the ceiling in the cleaning cabin runs to left and right.

Cleaning Nozzles
Customized Nozzles to Enhance Cleaning Accuracy
ワーク形状・洗浄箇所・精度に合わせたノズルを最大8本まで収納・自動交換できます。
Up to 8 nozzles suited to workpiece shape/cleaning point/cleaning accuracy can be stored and automatically changed.
洗浄圧力5MPa専用。ワーク形状・洗浄箇所・精度に合わせた3本のノズルをターレット方式で素早く自動交換します。洗浄タクトの短い量産に最適です。
Applicable cleaning pressure is 5MPa only. 3 nozzles suited to workpiece shape/cleaning points/cleaning accuracy can be automatically and quickly changed wrth turret system. The head is ideal for mass production with short cleaning time .
並列に固定された洗浄ノズル・エアブローノズルの噴射を瞬時に切り換えて使用します。エアブローの仕上がリ向上、タクト短縮が図れます。
The spray of nozzle cleaning and air blow nozzle fixed in parallel is switched instantaneously. Finish of air blowing is improved and the tact time can be shortened.
ティーチング作業のスピード化を図るツールです。レーザーの照射により見えにくい箇所や狭い領域でも確実にポイントが定められ作業が大幅に短縮できます。（当社比従来の1/3)
This tool is to speed up teaching work. The laser irradiation makes it possible to set the point preaisely even at the area hard to view or very narrow, and teaching work can be shortened significantly. (1/3 of our existing product) .
